Paris Secret Hotels is an independent guide to the hotels of Paris, written for travellers from across Europe. The principle fits in one line: we show only the places that travellers themselves rate 8.0 or higher, and we say how we chose them.
What the site holds
829 hotels and 171 apart-hotels, kept out of 9,158 Paris hotels reviewed. 509 hotels carry the Secret label, reserved for scores of 8.5 and up. Every place has its own page with its score, its number of reviews, its street, its quartier and its declared facilities. The 9 quartiers and the 20 arrondissements each have a page, including the 19th and the 20th, where the magazines do not go.
What the site does not do
It does not sell places in the selection. It does not print stars, rates or spa facilities it does not know. It does not claim to have slept in every room. And it is not a hotel: Paris Secret Hotels is the name of the guide, never of an establishment.
How the site is funded
Some hotel links are partner links. A booking made after clicking Check availability may earn us a commission, at no extra cost to you. The selection method explains why that commission has no influence on which places are listed or how they are ranked.
